Cuvées

Our vines, with an average age of 45 years, promote the authentic expression of Sauvignon from our region. The nuances of each plot  are rigorously respected to the point of vinifying each cuvée separately.

Their personality is well affirmed: our classic Sancerre on limestone are mostly vinified in stainless steel vats, to preserve the fruitiness, like the Montachins plot.

The wines on flint are essentially vinified in half-muids of 600 L (oak barrels) including the cuvée des Romains Blanc.

Herses Blancet  Galinot  white flints are vinified in oak barrels.

Our red Sancerre have been vinified exclusively in stainless steel vats since 2009 for more lightness and to highlight their aromas of red fruits. They are to be tasted fresh.
